At La Box Magique, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returning products and obtaining refunds. Our goal is to make this process as clear and user-friendly as possible for our customers.

1. General Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, with tags on and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable items, such as food or flowers.
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

1.3 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@laboxmagique.com with your order number, proof or purchase, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning them. We will then provide further instructions on how to complete the return process.

2.2 Return Shipping

Return shipping is free with us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2.3 European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

3.2 Refund Issuance

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@laboxmagique.com.

4. Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
